Regional Member Care Coordinator – JumpstartMD
JumpstartMD is a leading physician‑led weight loss & hormone replacement therapy practice that has helped members lose over a million pounds. With 14 high‑end offices across California, we’re expanding and need a dynamic Member Care Coordinator to deliver a top‑level client experience.
Overview Supervisor: Regional Operations Manager
Classification: Full‑time/Part‑time non‑exempt (25+ hrs per week)
Schedule: Tue‑Thu 6:50 am‑2:00 pm (Embarcadero); Fri/Sat as needed (Marin & Laurel Heights) – includes occasional inventory & internal meetings
Location: Embarcadero, Marin, Laurel Heights – candidate must commute to one of these sites
Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the front‑line greeting for members, visitors, and callers, ensuring a positive experience.
Handle a high volume of calls, messages, and emails promptly and courteously.
Guide new members through onboarding, including paperwork, program information, and payment.
Process orders, billing, and maintain supply inventory.
Manage mail and package logistics, including outgoing shipments.
Assist with new hire setup, training, and shadowing.
Collaborate with the team on projects and initiatives to improve member experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate’s in a related field preferred.
1–2 years customer‑facing experience, ideally in a medical or clinical office.
Proficient with MS Office 365 and EHR/EMR, scheduling, and billing systems.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong multi‑tasking, ownership, and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑player, collaborative, and adaptable to an intimate clinical setting.
