HBM/DDR Memory Systems Senior Technical Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers, as well as DRAM vendors (HBM/DDR), regarding silicon and memory‑related issues.
Collaborate with design, DFT, and verification teams during pre‑silicon phases to define features required for smooth bring‑up and productization.
Work with system application, testing, and qualification teams, along with DRAM vendors (HBM/DDR), on post‑silicon bring‑up, characterization, and productization of HBM/DDR memory systems for ASIC products.
Partner with the system application team to qualify and ensure compliance of memory system software and firmware.
Requirements
Deep expertise in HBM and DDR memory technologies, with a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements.
Proven experience collaborating with STA and PISI engineers to achieve successful design closure.
Demonstrated ability to define and drive critical requirements for HBM and DDR designs in partnership with architecture, DFT, design teams, IP providers, and HBM vendors.
Proficiency in using advanced EDA tools and methodologies (e.g., SSH/SMS) for DFT verification and implementation.
Proven experience working with DFT and test teams to validate and debug on ATE during silicon bring‑up and production phases.
Strong experience in HBM and DDR silicon failure analysis, diagnostics, and yield improvement.
Experience debugging customer‑returned parts on ATE and SLT platforms related to HBM and DDR.
Salary and Benefits Salary range: $200,000 – $260,000. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short‑term and long‑term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
