We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the development of digital products for Industrial Energy. In this role, you will closely collaborate with Engineers, Sales, Business Operations and other Industrial Energy stakeholders to build customer facing experiences and internal products.
What You'll Do
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Develop a product roadmap, write user stories, prioritize, and drive execution of software development cycles in a highly agile environment and continually shifting priorities
Deeply understand users and to identify opportunities to improve their experience
Define, monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and change course as needed
Communicate impact of team's efforts with business teams in order to build consensus and drive outcomes
Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs but considers future growth scenarios
Analyze product performance through logs and other data sources to assist in troubleshooting and enhancing our products
Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams
What You'll Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
3+ years of working experience working with software development teams
Knowledge of product principles, scrum, and agile methodology
Experience having shipped technical customer-facing products that delivered business impact
Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love
Strong analytical skills
Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support
Ability to successfully work cross functionality with teams, including engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales, and operations
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams
Knowledge of and experience working with Battery Energy Storage Systems are a plus

Expected Compensation $128,000 - $192,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
