Role Description
This full-time on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role is based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The COO will oversee and manage business operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure organizational efficiency. The role entails managing budgets, optimizing financial performance, and driving operational improvements. The COO will collaborate with leadership and teams to ensure alignment with the firm’s vision and goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to manage organizational financial health
Proven ability to manage organizational growth and develop strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in wealth management or financial services is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
