Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
Develop and improve tooling for build, test, release, and deployment automation, with a focus on robust, reproducible, and secure releases.
Implement and manage deployment strategies (e.g., canary, blue/green) and rollback procedures to ensure system stability and minimal downtime.
Own and drive improvements for the entire software release lifecycle, including infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) for staging and production environments.
Work with Product and Project Leads to define and execute a performant, predictable, and repeatable release schedule and strategy.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in DevOps and release engineering to drive continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment and environment issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience as a Release Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Software Engineer with a strong focus on CI/CD.
Strong knowledge and experience in designing scalable and efficient release and deployment solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang and C++.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, especially GitLab CI/CD.
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with NDR solutions such as Zeek and Suricata.
Strong practical experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
Experience building and maintaining centralized artifact repositories (e.g., Artifactory, Nexus).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission‑based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.
Compensation Range $158,000—$198,000 USD
