Position Overview PSG is seeking a Summer Vice President to join our internship program as a member of the investment team. The role involves identifying and executing new investment opportunities, supporting portfolio company management, and potentially progressing to a full‑time VP upon graduation.

Responsibilities

Lead processing of new investment opportunities, including market assessment, competitive positioning, underwriting, deal structuring and presenting to the investment committee.

Conduct diligence on pursued deals, covering business, risk underwriting and managing external advisors.

Oversee and review financial models that support underwriting and structuring.

Demonstrate business judgement to develop insightful analysis and communicate decisions clearly.

Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support transaction negotiations.

Provide support to portfolio companies and collaborate with associates and analysts.

Ideal Experience and Competencies

Matriculated MBA candidate with anticipated completion in spring 2027.

Four or more years of pre‑MBA experience, including prior private equity experience in the U.S.

Exposure to financial modeling, statement analysis and valuation methodologies.

Outstanding academic performance.

Highly motivated self‑starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
