Base Pay: $110,000.00 / yr – $145,000.00 / yr
Additional Compensation: Commission
Location The position will be based in Park City, UT. We require our General Manager to live and breathe in Park City, or the daily commutable vicinity. Relocation assistance may be available.

Responsibilities The General Manager supervises all sales managers, operations managers, and directors in their region, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, developing sales plans and proposals, maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategies to grow and maintain RMC’s DMC market share.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum Qualifications
Destination Management experience, including event and program sales and/or operations
Operations Management background
Planning and scheduling experience preferred
Supervisory experience; leadership and guidance of sales staff
Client and vendor negotiation skills
General HR practical experience preferred
Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Detail orientated
Strong communication skills at all levels
Written communication: proposals, contracts, and documents
Email proficiency
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, cloud‑based systems, keyboarding 40‑60 wpm)
Innovative thinking; suggest improvements to executive team
High energy, motivation, positive attitude, and creativity in process development
Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, finger use, grasping, hearing, seeing
Lift up to 25 pounds unaided; 50 pounds aided
Carry objects up to 25 pounds unaided or 50 pounds aided
Stoop, bend, climb stairs, ladders as required
View computer screen for long periods
Effective communication: speech, listening, spoken word, manual dexterity
