Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fiduciary to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
Administer and advise on fiduciary duties and interpretation of trust documents as trustee, ensuring adherence to the highest fiduciary standards for multi‑generational families. Coordinate strategic plans to manage and grow client relationships with a focus on risk management and compliance. Develop and expand the fiduciary practice aligned with regional growth objectives, collaborating with internal partners and external advisors. Serve as a subject matter expert on fiduciary administration, including estate settlements, probate, and charitable account management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of fiduciary administration experience, including fiduciary taxation and managing complex client relationships. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to engage with clients, prospects, and professional advisors. Professional designations such as JD, CTFA, or CFP strongly preferred; additional relevant certifications are a plus. Recent Awards

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and Company‑sponsored benefit programs. This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
