Distribution Specialist Lead
Position Overview
As a Distribution Specialist, you'll work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment to ensure customer orders are picked, packaged, and correctly shipped every time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for picking accurate product from locations based on pick list to meet production goal of 150 lines per day.
Operating bagging room machinery in order to meet production goal of 100 bags per hour.
Responsible for accurately counting, weighing, measuring, and packaging products according to order requests.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Forklift certification or eligible to be forklift certified in house within 30 days by passing the Prove and Driving Test preferred.
Experience with Infor ERP systems such as Syteline preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities
Basic Math: ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide basic numbers.
Reading comprehension: ability to understand and follow written work instructions, policies, and procedures in English.
