The Supply Chain Business Analyst is a hybrid position. The candidate must report and work from the office four days a week and must be within a 50‑minute radius of Rocky Mount, NC.

What you will do as the Supply Chain Business Analyst

Provide extensive support to the supply chain analysis function and KINEXO National Account staff to ensure customer and vendor programs are approved, set up, and implemented.

Key participant in new and existing customer on‑site meetings to extract viable data for analytical processes.

Develop extensive business modeling of customer and vendor supply chains that will be key drivers of decisions impacting KINEXO’s success and growth.

Work with logistics on inbound and outbound freight rates for analysis.

Internally manage existing business supply chain to maximize margins and service levels.

Provide input and guidance during the review process to establish new customer strategic targets.

Responsible for providing analytical support to achieve specified goals for both new and existing business.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or logistics. Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Ability to work with extensive data sets to organize, analyze, and present information to facilitate supply chain decision‑making.

Ability to negotiate product costs, transportation, payment terms, and other supply chain costs with vendors, customers, and freight providers.

Foster a supportive and collaborative environment internally and with assigned concepts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Strong planning and organization skills.

Ability to interact with multiple levels of management both internal and external.

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Working Conditions

Hybrid – Remote/Office environment.

Minimal travel required.

This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely, including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
