Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology

CNN is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Revenue and Growth Product Team. The team builds and manages the MarTech, messaging and data enablement capabilities that power the growth of our digital subscription, advertising and commerce businesses.

Your New Role

Platform Management : Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation and optimization of MarTech tools and platforms, including real‑time CDPs, customer journey orchestration tools, marketing attribution software, and data collection applications.

Product Strategy & Roadmap : Own and execute the MarTech product roadmap. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand our MarTech and data enablement capabilities, driving subscriber and revenue growth.

Product Requirements : Translate business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and user stories for engineering and data teams.

Cross‑Functional Partnership : Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and marketing teams to ensure successful platform integrations and feature rollouts, and to fully leverage MarTech capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and communicate progress on key initiatives.

Your Role Accountabilities

MarTech Expertise : Deep experience with marketing technology platforms, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Email Service Providers (ESPs), data warehouses, customer journey orchestration tools, and marketing attribution tools.

Implementation Skills : Hands‑on experience with platform implementation, App SDK integrations, and vendor onboarding and management.

Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of data flows and systems that drive marketing technology. Ability to write clear, concise product and technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Product Development Lifecycle : Experience with the full product development lifecycle, including software development methodologies, sprint planning/management, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Data Analytics : Strong foundation in data analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate insights into product decisions.

Strong Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of product management experience.

Deep expertise in marketing technology platforms.

Passion for leveraging technology and first‑party data to enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Thrives in dynamic, collaborative, and fast‑paced environments.

Motivated to make a meaningful impact on CNN’s digital future.

In compliance with local law, we disclose the compensation for roles in locations where legally required. Base pay is a component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package. Pay Range: $117,600.00 – $218,400.00 salary per year.
