Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and preferences.
Design and present personalized travel packages, itineraries, and quotes.
Book flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and transfers through preferred suppliers.
Maintain accurate client records in the booking system or CRM.
Handle changes, cancellations, or disruptions with professionalism and care.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Qualifications
Previous experience in travel sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
Familiarity with travel booking systems or supplier portals (a plus).
Tech‑savvy and comfortable working remotely.
