Agency Planner – On‑Site in Lexington, KY This role collaborates with Sales, Branch Operations, Inventory Management and Merchandising to drive program forecast accuracy and ensure optimized inventory levels that effectively support our programs across the region. Key responsibilities include helping to onboard new programs, program planning and initial fill rate review for existing programs, identifying product issues within programs, analyzing Inventory Request Forms (IRFs), and helping to resolve inventory availability issues in the branch network. This role is highly cross‑functional; willingness to learn, collaborate and problem‑solve is essential for success.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with Sales and Branch Operations: Work closely with sales teams and branch leaders in your region to ensure accurate agency forecasting and align inventory needs with program requirements.

Assortment Optimization: Drive SKU‑level planning to streamline inventory offerings and optimize product availability within a location specifically for customer programs.

Key Stakeholder in Sales Forecasting: Serve as a cross‑functional collaborator to execute Inventory Request Forms, ensuring that requests align with regional goals and inventory strategy.

Inventory Issues Resolution: Act as the regional point of contact for resolving any inventory issues at branch locations, working cross‑functionally to address concerns promptly.

Manage location Inventory Health: Partner with Sales, Branch Operations, and Inventory Management leadership to identify regional opportunities to move, sell, or return slow‑moving or non‑selling inventory.

MOQ Program Management: Address and identify Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) program requirements, help our branch and sales partners move agencies who do not meet requirements to a program where we can better serve them while minimizing excess inventory.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

3‑5 years of experience in inventory management, forecasting, or a similar role.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools and MS Office.

Problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving inventory‑related issues.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
