Kellam Home Services is hiring a

Quality Assurance Technician

to ensure the consistent delivery of top-tier HVAC workmanship and compliance with safety standards. This role includes reviewing HVAC installations, providing technical feedback, and supporting our team’s commitment to excellence.

Boiler experience is preferred , but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site quality checks for completed residential HVAC jobs

Ensure all work complies with code, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards

Provide field coaching and support to installation and service teams

Confirm systems operate correctly and address any workmanship concerns

Communicate findings and corrective actions clearly and professionally

Maintain detailed documentation of QA evaluations and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards

Boiler experience preferred but not required

High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits daily

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay $30-$40/hour based on experience
