Monday-Wednesday 2:15pm-11:30pm

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Plant Supervisor for our Pennsylvania recycling operation.

This position reports to Plant Coordinator. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 5:45am-3pm and Monday through Wednesday, 2:15pm-11:30pm. The pay rate for this opening is $20-$23 an hour with a $3.00 shift differential. This self-sufficient, motivated, safety oriented, and capable individual will be responsible for the operation of auto-claves machines and SSI machines, as well as the loading and unloading of trailers and container washing.

Essential Responsibilities:

Review daily game plan

Pre-Shift Preparation (check machines, materials, etc.)

Employee management

Operate processing equipment (PIWS machines, tub washer)

Employee training

Prepare daily shift reports, scale data and other paperwork

Ensure employees are completing the necessary paperwork correctly

Monitor employee's timeclock

Critical Thinking

Ability to troubleshoot

Proficient Communication with all members of the company

Coordinate unloading of Plant 1 RMW loads

Perform other duties as specified

Basic Requirements:

Strong decision making abilities

Previous Medical waste/material processing experience

This is a safety sensitive position.

High school diploma

Minimum 5+ years plant/warehouse experience

Ability to interact effectively with the hourly workforce, operations management, other supervisors, and other personnel.

Valid driver's license

Knowledge of OSHA Industry Standards

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Computer Literate

Prior supervisory experience

Equipment operation experience

CDL / commercial truck experience a plus (not required)

Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship

Preferred Requirements:

Two or more years of supervisory experience.

Computer skills working with excel, word, and power point.

Lock out Tag out knowledge.

Forklift experience.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing environment where hearing protection, safety glasses and steel toed boots are required.

Large facility with approximately 100,000 square feet of ground to cover.

Seasonal variation in temperature and weather conditions.

Frequent radio communication with operators and managers.

Teamwork-centered atmosphere with over 100 employees.
