Who YOU Are You're a proactive and organized Project Coordinator with a strong background in planning, organizing, and managing clerical duties. With expertise in Microsoft Office products, you can maintain work schedules and information for upcoming projects and communicate effectively with customers to identify requirements, scope, and objectives. You bring a combination of logistical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Known for your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate across departments, and maintain accurate tracking systems, you play a vital role in supporting mission‑critical operations.
What You'll Do
Perform varied clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routines and an understanding of the organization, Microsoft applications, and aptitude to grasp work management systems and other applicable applications related to the work of the office.
Coordinate projects and provide general system integration support.
Facilitate a variety of administrative support by reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables for the customer, editing documentation, and providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching and coordinating reporting and work order activity.
This is a contingent position based upon contract award.
Requirements
TS/SCI with Poly level clearance required.
Five (5)+ years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Proficiency using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project).
Location: Chantilly, VA
