Position Overview Lilly is entering an exciting period of growth and is investing over $1 billion to build a new, environmentally conscious campus in Concord, North Carolina. The Supervisor – Aseptic Filling will support start‑up activities during the project phase and, once operations begin, lead a team that operates multiple Parenteral (PAR) departments. Responsibilities include training, ensuring compliant staffing, maintaining a safe work environment, and driving continuous improvement.

Build a diverse, empowered team, manage direct reports, coach and develop operators, and communicate cross‑functionally.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Training)

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior supervisory experience.

Basic computer skills (desktop software, MS Office).

Experience in operations or manufacturing (Pharma, Food, Clean‑room).

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple requests.

Strong technical aptitude to train and mentor others.

A valid driver’s license.

Time Commitments and Work Authorization

Ability to work overtime and a 12‑hour day shift (6 am–6 pm on a 2‑2‑3 schedule).

Ability to wear safety equipment and work in a cleanroom (Grade C, ISO 8).

Potential short‑term assignments (3–12 months domestically or internationally) and occasional travel.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Lilly does not sponsor visas for this position.

Preferred Attributes (Not Required)

4+ years in manufacturing/operations with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

cGMP standards and FDA or other industry guidelines experience.

STEM degree or certification.

Experience with aseptic filling, isolator technology, automated inspection, and SAP.

Lean or Six Sigma training.

Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Ability to organize and motivate teams.

Compensation and Benefits Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $35.33 – $51.83 per hour. Full‑time employees are eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefit program, including 401(k), pension, health, dental, vision, flexible benefits, life insurance, leave, and well‑being benefits.
