What It Takes
High school diploma or GED
6 months of experience leading lines is a plus
Lift and stack safely - up to 50 lbs
Ability to stay active and on your feet all shift

What You Will Do On the Floor
Lead and support production line team members to meet daily safety, quality, and output goals.
Set up, operate, and change over packaging machines and production lines.
Monitor line performance and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues.
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with GMPs and company standards.
Communicate production goals and updates to the team and leadership.
Train employees on job duties, safety practices, and GMP requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
Record production data, downtime, and incidents accurately.
