Your primary responsibilities will be to make outbound calls, pitch our company and value proposition to enterprise prospects, and schedule appointments with them to hear more about our solutions. This role is a 1+ year level sales position and successful team members will have the opportunity to move into more advanced sales roles. Extensive sales training is provided. This position is located in New York City at our office located at 55 Water Street. Role & Responsibilities
Contact potential prospects through outbound calling and emailing to set demo appointments and build a qualified pipeline Demonstrate true confidence when speaking with prospects and understand individual customer needs Online research to refine lead contacts Reignite unperformed previously set sales demos from past months Accurately enter all information into Salesforce CRM Lead by example to motivate more junior sales representatives to be successful Meet monthly performance targets and required daily KPIs What You Will Need to Succeed
Excellent communication skills– outgoing, personable and energetic A proven track record of success in an individual contributor role within sales Ability to build a rapport with prospects over the phone– you have the gift of the gab Must be a competitive, ambitious and self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed Receptive to feedback and coachable Resilience, tenacity and possess the grit and determination to power through objections Ability to achieve monthly productivity goals Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service position Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with a gift for forging relationships Collaborative and productive team player Results-driven individual that thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment Highly organized, adept at prioritization with excellent time management skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRMs (Salesforce or similar) The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $60,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
