Our client, a market-leading credit company, is seeking an Executive IT Support to join their team. As an Executive Support, you will be part of the IT team supporting the senior technician. The ideal candidate will have technical skills, problem-solving skills and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location New York, NY 10166

Job Type 12-month contract with potential to convert/FTE

Pay Range $45-52/hr. on W2

What’s the Job?

Assist with SN tickets assigned by company's Senior Executive Support

Set up and configure Apple devices and laptops

Monitor toner levels, replace toner, and order spares as necessary

Perform iOS updates on Apple devices regularly

Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries for mice, managing wires, and shipping equipment when needed

What’s Needed?

1-2+ years of IT Support experience

Ability to perform iOS updates and basic troubleshooting. Knowledge of Apple devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting; and familiarity with laptop setup and configuration

Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred; Certifications as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar are a PLUS!

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Able to pass an extensive background check, including credit check
