Job Overview
Production Lead Fireline Division
at Inpro. 1st shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm. Sign‑on bonus $1,000 after 90 days.
Responsibilities
Assemble and ship all Fireline Products according to ISO procedures and third‑party audit specifications.
Accurately pick and pack Fireline Products using bar code system.
Ship orders using manifest, freight and UPS systems.
Receiving and material handling of product line, maintain accurate bar code locations and inventory counts.
Analyze inventory, BOMs and scrap quantities and levels.
Assist in training employees and maintain knowledge of ERP system.
Maintain safe working environment, 6S, promote professional attitude.
Work as backup to Supervisor, communicate effectively with other Jointmaster areas.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Certified to drive all lift trucks.
Complete Inpro’s eBook Program via LMS.
Authority to stop production for non‑conforming safety or quality compliance.
Perform conflict resolution, communicate clear expectations.
Involvement in one‑on‑one Talent Management testing and scoring.
