Overview
Manages and coordinates all branch operations for pest control and Taexx® system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service. Performs supervisory functions to efficiently manage assigned personnel, oversees service activities, resolves customer complaints, manages chemical inventory, and coordinates service routes.
Responsibilities
Manages branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance.
Prepares operational and financial projections and develops strategies to achieve goals.
Researches problems, resolves issues, and ensures customer expectations are met.
Manages all aspects of the homebuilder relationship at the local level and coordinates with corporate staff to capitalize on business with national/multi-market homebuilders.
Gains and maintains appropriate certification/licensing required by state and/or branch management.
Assists subordinates in performance of duties and steps in to perform duties when necessary.
Ensures daily assigned revenue is completed while maintaining high service quality.
Standardizes technician service routes to improve route density.
Schedules and reviews daily routes with technicians.
Assists technicians with field service requests and delinquent accounts.
Orders and maintains equipment, supplies and materials required for service work.
Creates a positive work environment, attracts and selects high-caliber employees, and maintains qualified staff.
Follows and enforces work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow to subordinates.
Coordinates training and licensing of new service personnel; ensures technicians maintain ongoing certification and licensing; coordinates and/or provides continuing training as needed.
Maintains truck inventory records and performs periodic inspections.
Delegates duties and examines work for accuracy and neatness.
Maintains records of all technician commercial vehicle licenses and pest control licenses.
Assists Regional Vice President in other duties assigned.

Qualifications High School or G.E.D. required. College degree preferred. Must have strong management experience and experience with P&L analysis and overall profitability. Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff. Must have experience with sales and marketing, and office administration. Able to handle multiple tasks, be detail oriented and work independently. Three or more years experience in a management role. Experience in Pest Control or route-based industry a plus. State certifications/licensing in required pest control categories are required and must be obtained within one year of employment in Branch Manager position or within one year of eligibility per state guidelines.
