Job Description
Apply GMP/GLP principles in all areas of responsibility.
Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all duties.
Demonstrate company vision, client service, teamwork, and collaboration.
Plan and multitask proactively to maximize productivity.
Meet all quality and productivity metrics.
Contribute to continuous quality and process improvement within the QA department and laboratories.
Use computer skills to access information, perform job functions (e.g., spreadsheets, PowerPoint), and prepare documents.
Write and review investigations, including root cause analysis and CAPA review.
Conduct internal audits and walk-through inspections.
Review procedures, methods, and protocols; release analytical reports.
Assist in hosting client audits.
Provide information for monthly and quarterly quality reports to management.
Carry out all activities safely and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned, including investigation review and stability QA for protocols.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
Laboratory experience; prior QA experience is desirable.
Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage, MI are encouraged to apply.
