About the Role The Restoration Project Manager (RPM) works with owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. RPMs manage renovation projects, control and communicate budgets, and spend significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
Responsibilities
Celebrate project completions with tradespeople, homeowners, and the Paul Davis team.
Improve the community by serving others.
Continuously learn to improve results and set proper expectations.
Learn new construction and building knowledge daily.
Build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and manage a team to complete projects successfully.
Track metrics during bi‑weekly GS&R.
Confirm budget and work orders before project start.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Participate in local community events.
Build relationships with key customers—direct and B2B.
Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
Ability to lead and develop a team
Commitment to continuous learning and education
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Construction project management experience is a plus but not required; training provided for qualified candidates

Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
Thrives in high‑performance environments
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements The role requires work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Employees must frequently use personal protective equipment and be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
