Description This position is contingent upon successful contract award. Prevailance is seeking an experienced Senior Personnel Operations Analyst to support operational manpower, force generation, and force management processes for Marine Corps forces operating within the CENTCOM area of responsibility. The role requires deep understanding of Marine Corps employment concepts, sourcing processes, and force allocation methodologies. The ideal candidate brings extensive MAGTF and operational experience, advanced staff education, and the ability to coordinate personnel requirements across deployed commands, force providers, and service headquarters.
Responsibilities
Provide expert support to operational manpower methodologies and Global Force Management (GFM) processes
Apply extensive knowledge of Marine Corps and MAGTF employment concepts, force generation processes, and force prioritization frameworks
Maintain strong understanding of the operating environment and requirements within the CENTCOM area of responsibility
Conduct detailed reviews of force manning documents to ensure alignment with operational, personnel, and readiness requirements
Assist in conducting troop-to-task analyses to support force allocation, task organization, and sourcing decisions
Coordinate manning changes and support the integration of appropriately trained and equipped forces for deployment
Liaise with forward deployed commanders, force providers, and service headquarters to synchronize personnel requirements and sourcing decisions
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and C2IE to support analysis, documentation, and coordination of personnel operations
Provide timely, accurate communication and analysis to senior leaders on force management and sourcing issues
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in USMC operations and MAGTF employment concepts
Demonstrated expertise in the Marine Corps Force Generation and Force Prioritization Processes
Understanding of operating conditions and personnel requirements within the CENTCOM AOR
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and C2IE
Desired Qualifications
Senior‑level experience supporting GFM and Marine Corps sourcing protocols
Deep understanding of MAGTF and Marine Force employment strategies
Skilled in troop‑to‑task analysis and force document review
Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
Advanced operational and personnel planning expertise
Education
Master’s degree (MA/MS)
Graduate of JPME II, Staff College, or War College
Clearance
Possesses Top Secret Clearance (SCI preferred)
