Ignite is currently seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst to support PEO Missiles and Space (M&S) Integrated Fires Programs. We’re looking for someone with deep acquisition logistics experience in a PM/PEO and a strong understanding of Integrated Product Support. This position is expected to be on‑site at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Responsibilities

Deeply ingrained involvement in all facets of the PEO M&S Integrated Fires Directorate, coordinating across multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive Acquisition Logistics Support efforts, Sustainment Supply Strategies, and Supply Chain Management policies are relevant and available for current and future baseline system(s). This is done by participating in various IPTs and working groups and reviewing/ensuring the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) between the Project Manager (PM) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring alignment with user requirements and the program’s Product Support Strategy (PSS).

Monitor development of acquisition products and sustainment support requirements, utilizing approved analytical tools (Analysis of Alternatives, Supportability Analysis, Reliability Growth Analysis, Core Logistics Analysis/Core Depot Assessment, and Business Case Analysis) to develop product support strategy and flow down requirements to all IPT members.

Apply critical and strategic thinking—analysis, assessment, conception, and collaboration—to the decision‑making process, creating and implementing applicable courses of action (COAs) to address major issues/challenges associated with IF System‑of‑Systems programs.

May serve as a Lead for an IPT or Working Group to support the PEO M&S Integrated Fires objectives.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

10 years’ experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management in a Government office.

Logistics experience supporting DoD weapon systems.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Qualifications

Highly desired: experience with PEO M&S systems such as IBCS, LTAMDS, Sentinel, IFPC, or PATRIOT or other missile defense systems.

Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry, and related stakeholders.

DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.

Security Clearance Requirements Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Education Requirements

Master’s degree + 10 years’ experience —or— Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.) + 18 years’ experience.

Other Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance.

10% travel required.
