SH-747 Project Manager - IT Governance, Indiana
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IT Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with established governance policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, able to drive complex projects to successful completion while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across multiple business groups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage medium to large, complex multi-year projects from initiation through closure
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with CSB-IT staff, county/agency personnel, and contracted resources
Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive project documentation including project plans, schedules, risk/issue logs, and lessons learned
Facilitate project meetings, creating agendas and documenting minutes and action items
Utilize Atlassian tool suite to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables against baselines
Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and PMO leadership
Adhere to and help maintain PMO policies, standard operating procedures, and document management strategies
Support portfolio maintenance and contribute to the evolution of governance methodologies
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
2+ years managing large, complex multi-year projects
Experience with state government projects preferred
Business knowledge of IV-D and Child Support Enforcement systems preferred
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio)
Intermediate knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite and Salesforce technologyThorough understanding of PMBOK project management practices
Strong knowledge of Agile Project Management and IT governance methodologies
Professional Requirements
Must currently reside in the State of Indiana
PMP certification preferred
Agile and/or Scrum Master certifications preferred

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to address project challenges
Excellent relationship-building skills across business groups and organizational levels
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
