Group Manager Product Management – Respiratory

Job Summary Oversee and manage Product Teams for sourcing, marketing, product development, sales support, and financial growth of multiple product categories. Assist with long‑term business and marketing strategy and provide subject‑matter expertise for complex product lines.
Responsibilities
Negotiate pricing with vendors and coordinate materials to develop finished custom items.
Implement marketing plans and promotional programs, including pricing strategy, collateral creation, and brand management.
Analyze sales trends, support forecasts and budgets, and develop marketing plans to address sales or cost issues.
Work with cross‑functional teams to reduce cost of goods by evaluating packaging, sourcing, and inventory strategies.
Develop and deliver training materials, sales tools, and support the sales force.
Conduct market research and translate research into product improvements or extensions.
Travel with the sales force to support customer acquisition; follow up on product queries via email and phone.
Management Responsibilities
Manage multiple managers or supervisors; oversee major projects and budgets.
Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and performance processes.
Hire, develop, and evaluate staff, assign work, and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: At least 7 years in marketing, sales, product management or clinical practice in the healthcare industry, and at least 2 years in people management.
Knowledge/Skills: Financial data analysis, vendor negotiation, relationship building, senior‑level presentation, meeting coordination, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $132,600.00 - $199,160.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
