REM Research Operations Lead
Coordinate research activities under the supervision of the Director of Emergency Medicine Research and the Vice Chair of Research. Assist in clinical study design and execution, recruitment of new grants/clinical studies, budget reporting, preparation of Institutional Review Board Submissions, and supervise research technicians and students on aspects of patient/subject involvement in the Emergency Department setting. Perform data collection, analysis and presentation, oversight of sample collection and processing, including performing phlebotomy per site policy and processing specimens (centrifuge, aliquot) and maintaining local repository of samples. The main responsibilities of this position include: preparation of IRB submissions; contracting support for multi-institution projects; data related projects, including creation of data dictionaries, data cleaning, analysis and preparation for publication or presentation; and development of REM, including business planning.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field and two to four years' related experience required. Specialized EMT licensure approved certification and/or licensure required.

Anticipated Pay Range $62,000 - $67,000
Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, contingent on continued funding, occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non‑exempt position, may result in overtime), this position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, background check required for this position.
