Pay Rate $28.82–$30.33 per hour.

Job Summary And Purpose The Program Supervisor I provides experience‑based competencies and administrative assistance to further efforts of the program staff to fulfill the contracted goals and objectives.
Duties And Responsibilities
Achieve grant objectives by supervising program staff, providing expertise, and monitoring service delivery while reporting progress to the Director.
Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of program service providers, overseeing intake, creation of service plans, and delivery of services to clients.
Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly case file audits to assure participant records are complete and accurate.
Monitor program compliance with VOALA policies and required procedures; maintain documentation of all program procedures.
Assist the Director with implementing policies, procedures, and forms that facilitate effective operation of intensive case management and high‑quality service delivery, including training and mentoring staff.
Coordinate outreach and collaboration efforts with community partners and stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Program Operations: Oversee daily program efforts, provide guidance and supervision for staff, manage budget oversight, project timelines, and anticipated outcomes; effectively plan workload of staff and programs; deploy and organize resources.
Record and Track Services: Keep and maintain accurate records of all services provided to clients in both paper and electronic files; report progress to the Director regularly.
Coordination of Services: Collaborate with other service providers to link clients to community resources and supportive services.
Funder Focus: Maintain comprehensive records of compliance with funder and regulatory requirements.
Training and Mentoring: Lead team development through training, policy and procedure updates, structured supervision, and learning collaboratives.
Change Leadership: Identify more efficient ways to achieve program goals and objectives.
Community Outreach.
Perform other duties as required and that may change.
Requirements
Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, and necessary verifications.
Education
Associate’s degree or a combination of relevant education and experience equivalent to 2 years.
Experience
Six months of supervisory experience in a social services organization (leading programs, projects, or staff).
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Social Work or related discipline.
Experience connecting clients to community and government resources.
Experience serving the target community (veterans, homeless, at‑risk youth, etc.).
Knowledge of community resources.
Experience with HMIS and other relevant databases used by partner service providers.
Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and/or limited English proficiency.
