Join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and safe warehouse operations. We're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive individual to support our logistics and inventory management processes.

Objective Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting to support efficient warehouse operations and minimize discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across multiple systems.

Conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy and compliance.

Prepare inventory reports and analyze trends to optimize stock control.

Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies.

Support process improvements for inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
