Responsibilities
Perform a full scope of periodontal and implant procedures, including:
Routine and complex extractions
Third molar (wisdom tooth) extractions
Alveoloplasty and surgical site preparation
Pre-prosthetic surgery
Dental implant placement, bone and soft tissue grafting
Ridge preservation, sinus augmentation, and crown lengthening
Soft tissue grafts for root coverage and esthetics
Collaborate with oral surgeons and referring dentists on multidisciplinary treatment plans
Evaluate and diagnose patients using CBCT and intraoral imaging
Deliver excellent chairside communication and patient education
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best-in-class surgical standards
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency program
Active Colorado Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
Board-certified or board-eligible in Periodontics
Current BLS certification (sedation certification preferred)
Excellent clinical judgment, patient management, and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care and ongoing professional growth
