Key Job Functions

Oversees all Valet and Bell Duties on your assigned shift

Welcomes all vehicles in Valet with a flawless greeting immediately for all guests, park all vehicles in a safe manner

Delivers guest luggage and retrieve guest luggage in a fast and timely manner

Prepare paperwork for both Bell and Valet for the next scheduled shifts

Fold enough Valet tickets (Hotel and Casino) for the next shift – Restock if needed

Stock Bell Tickets as needed for the next shift

Organize all Bell Carts in the storage room and wipe down when needed (Based on weather conditions)

Audit all parked vehicles and confirm numbers match with CVPS and number of keys match

Sweep driveway as needed to keep tidy

Keep area and all doors secured at all times

Observe area at all times for any Safety issue and report as soon as possible

Other duties will be assigned to prepare for a special event as needed

Education and/or Experience

Able to drive all types of vehicles

Literate and fluent in English

Excellent guest service skills

Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands

Must be able to stand, walk and Jog for extended periods of time

Able to lift up to 75lbs

Computer experience

Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist

Must be able to work in all types of weather
