We’re looking for a dedicated

Plumbing Specialist

to join our maintenance team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll perform essential plumbing projects, troubleshoot, and repairs that keep our operations safe, efficient, and reliable. If you take pride in your craft, enjoy variety in your workday, and want to grow your technical skills in a supportive environment, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance throughout the facility

Support other maintenance and operations teams with general repair projects

Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues to keep equipment running smoothly

Complete preventive maintenance on facility systems and make needed adjustments

Track and report work orders, materials, and costs using the Smart Sheet system

Maintain organized workspaces and manage material purchases and inventory

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for project planning

Cut, fit, and repair PVC, ABS, PEX, and non‑welded steel parts

Perform light carpentry, framing, and general maintenance tasks as needed

Assist with R&D and facility improvement projects

Provide emergency support for equipment and building repairs when necessary

What You Bring

Age: Must be 21 or older

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience (industrial or facilities preferred)

Skills:

Solid understanding of plumbing systems and tools

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities

Dependable, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Smart Sheet experience a plus)

Physical Ability: Comfortable working on your feet, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling hands‑on repair tasks
