PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best‑in‑class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis‑based products. We currently operate in Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult‑use cannabis provider to patients and customers. We are looking for energetic, results‑driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.

The Retail Facilities & Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing day‑to‑day maintenance activities for the Retail Stores. The position reports to the Retail Facilities & Maintenance Manager and works closely with managers in the Retail Stores to ensure their needs are met.

Pay for this position ranges from $19 – $25 per hour.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Painting, spackle, wall/door/flooring repairs

Commercial electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and maintenance

Commercial refrigerator maintenance

Doors, locks, and window maintenance

Facility equipment installation and troubleshooting as required

Preventative maintenance on facility infrastructure and systems (i.e., water systems, HVAC, pest control systems, fans, cleaning equipment, etc.)

Office area and furniture maintenance, assembly, moving and modifications

Light fixture maintenance and relamping

Maintain work area and shop in a neat and orderly fashion

Light snow and ice removal/salting on grounds as required/general landscaping

Other day‑to‑day maintenance/general cleaning activities as required

Drive company/personal vehicle to and from shop and stores

Competencies

Demonstrates strong technical skills, problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and effective communication, with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team in maintaining and repairing facility systems and equipment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED minimum

Previous facilities and maintenance experience required

Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, proper use of hand and electrical tools

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Perform assigned duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry

State law requires 21 years of age or older

State‑issued driver's license

Clean driving record for the past 3 years

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds or heavier with use of ladders and/or lifts
