What You’ll Be Doing
Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Serenity
Maintain outpatient clinical practice, offering non‑invasive neuromodulation (dTMS), ketamine infusions, and medication management
Manage psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in the region
Implement onboarding and training policies for providers
Participate in interviewing and selecting providers
Lead and mentor medical staff, fostering a collaborative environment
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
Manage regional budgets for efficient resource allocation
Enforce healthcare policies and procedures across the region
Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvement
What You Need
Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
Licensed or willing to become licensed in the state of clinic location
Experience in interventional treatment techniques, preferably TMS
2+ years of demonstrable leadership experience
Unencumbered DEA / clean criminal background
United States Citizen or Green Card holder
Some travel required
