A leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles County is seeking mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to underserved and uninsured populations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness assessments.
Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols and compliance standards.
Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle, and health maintenance.
