Inspector Quality Control – LaserWeld INC

Responsibilities
Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the products produced.
Approve or reject parts/assemblies with respect to quality standards and record results.
Select samples of finished parts/assemblies and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, comparing to specifications, etc.).
Use CMM systems (Faro arm and Faro laser tracker) and optical inspection system (InspecVision Planar) to perform complex inspection procedures.
Maintain records of inspections per quality procedure.
Review processes of the entire production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with requirements.
Monitor customer rejections and establish root cause and corrective action.
Aid in the calibration of measuring equipment.
Prepare and submit reports as needed to the quality manager.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a relevant role.
A keen eye for detail and a results‑driven approach.
Responsible and trustworthy.
Familiarity with quality inspection equipment and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret part drawings.
Preferable bilingual capability.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
High School Diploma; further qualifications are a plus.
