Position Summary RL Siteworx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to support and facilitate the daily activities of the project management department for our projects.

This role will report directly to the Project Management department head. The duties require an understanding of project management fundamentals, underground wet utilities and dirt work, a personality that enjoys details, and an analytical outlook to cost, quality material, equipment, and subcontractors.

Location The role is based at the corporate office in Pasadena, Texas. Little to no travel required.

Objectives

Obtain and oversee the status and completion of all permits and related paperwork for RL’s scope of work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Obtain, process, and drive to completion all submittal items required for all of RL’s projects.

Create all material requisitions for processing by project management and accounting to facilitate all project-related purchase orders.

Collect all information on the project information sheets for all projects.

Assist project managers daily with keeping Smartsheets up to date for all projects.

Facilitate RL’s permitting efforts in multiple jurisdictions.

Assist project managers, equipment managers, etc. daily with processing invoices.

Competencies

Proven ability to absorb, remember, and properly document large quantities of details across multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to follow up on all outstanding paperwork regardless of whether the responsibility lies with internal or external stakeholders.

Experience with earthwork, underground wet utilities, or civil engineering field work.

A willingness to learn processes and systems in a complex fast‑paced environment.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education preferred but not required.

Not less than 3 years of similar work experience in the project management sector of the construction industry.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Limited travel; less than 5% of total time.

Employment Details Job Type: Full‑time.

Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging between $50,000 and $65,000.

Bonus program or commissions.
