Job Description Mungo Homes has a new opening for a Warranty Service Manager in the Savannah, GA market! This position is responsible for the on‑site review and repair of warranted residential construction. In addition, this position assists with the administration of warranty orders by processing and closing tickets, reviewing reports and following up on tickets as necessary to assure timely completion.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to determine needed repairs and verify warranty claim.
Supervise subcontractors on scheduled appointments.
Insure the protection of the area of the home being worked on as well as surrounding areas.
Make sure work areas are cleaned prior to leaving home.
Participate in Customer Service follow‑up with homeowners.
Work with Production Management and other departments to resolve problems and coordinate activities.
Evaluate project costs and maintain budgets.
Complete all inspections required paperwork, including scheduling and payment approvals.
Review warranty reports and follow up on repairs to ensure timely completion; work with subcontractors when necessary.
Close out orders in the computer to maintain accurate records.
Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
Maintain a clean, well organized work area.

Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid state driver's license in good standing
Minimum state required automobile insurance
