About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive
Project Coordinator
to support our construction and development teams across multiple ground-up residential projects. This role sits at the center of our project operations, helping keep communication tight, documentation accurate, and workflows running smoothly from pre-construction through completion.
You’ll work closely with the Company Principal & Development Lead, acting as the operational bridge between the office, field teams, subcontractors, and permitting agencies.
Construction, architecture, or development experience is required.
What you’ll do
Support project execution by preparing and tracking RFIs, submittals, meeting summaries, punchlist items, and weekly progress updates.
Coordinate subcontractors: scheduling site walks, inspections, deliveries, and communicating deadlines and requirements.
Assist with permit and inspection workflows: submitting documents, tracking corrections, logging approvals, and maintaining agency communication.
Organize and maintain project documentation across shared drives and project management tools.
Track procurement items, lead times, and delivery confirmations in coordination with PM and Superintendent.
Collect onboarding documents from subcontractors (W-9s, COIs, licenses) and ensure internal compliance logs are up-to-date.
Maintain project calendars and ensure team alignment on key milestones.
What we are looking for
Experience in
construction, design-build, architecture, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting field and office teams.
Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, basic sequences of construction.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with PM tools (Buildertrend, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
