Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect (Contract-to-Hire)
Location : Cleveland, Ohio (Onsite)
Duration : 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a strategic CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will be instrumental in shaping the architecture, integration strategy, and data migration approach for a global enterprise rollout. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service), enterprise integration, and CRM transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Lead integration strategy for Salesforce data migration into Dynamics 365. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns. Oversee data migration planning and validation. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards. Provide technical leadership and guide development best practices.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years in enterprise CRM architecture and solution design. 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service) Experience in CRM migrations, especially Salesforce to Dynamics 365. Strong understanding of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
