Overview The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing all vehicle inventory at the facility within company timelines, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. The role requires a thorough understanding of Copart policy and the ability to provide solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area.
Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
Determine operational capability and complete vehicle inspection inventories on required vehicles.
Maintain inventory of all materials used.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
Basic computer proficiency, with ability to operate handheld devices.
Strong attention to detail.
Team‑oriented mindset.
Driver’s license preferred.
Bilingual skill a plus.
