Supervisor in-CIRCLE - Gulfport, MS Canopy Children's Solutions invites experienced professionals to supervise the in‑CIRCLE Program team in Gulfport, MS.

Position Overview The in‑CIRCLE Program Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision and support to team members delivering services to families participating in the in‑CIRCLE Program. This role requires strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills to coordinate caseloads and ensure the team provides all required services in a timely, compassionate, and competent fashion. The Supervisor monitors team members to maintain program compliance with standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning, managing, and supervising the in‑CIRCLE Program Team in accordance with organizational, local, state, and federal guidelines.

Maintain appropriate program accreditation, certification, and licensure.

Implement programmatic plans and policies, ensuring effective operation and annual review.

Review program designs and modify as necessary.

Ensure integrity of client records, personal data, and confidentiality procedures.

Conduct ongoing audits of charts to ensure timely and proper documentation.

Plan and implement staff development and case reviews through Child & Family team meetings.

Oversee case and discharge planning for each client.

Provide ancillary clinical support services for clients as needed.

Meet weekly with program staff to assure communication and coordination with agencies.

Provide routine case staffing, consultation, and credential verification for staff.

Verify and approve time sheets bi‑weekly and pre‑approve all staff overtime and travel.

Hire and terminate personnel in consultation with the Region Director as needed.

Conduct annual evaluations for all employees under supervision.

Serve as the on‑call administrative supervisor as scheduled.

Ensure integrity and timely submission of billing and all program reports, data collection, and quality management reports.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Social Rehabilitative Services, or related field.

At least two (2) years of experience working with children and families involved with the child welfare system.

Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Mississippi license preferred or mental health certification from DMH within 90 days of employment.

Competence in writing program materials, completing reports, and preparing reimbursement documents.

Computer skills required.

Experience with marketing programs and services to selected groups.

Minimum age 21, valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and willingness to use a personal vehicle for organization business.

Document weekly clinical supervision meetings with staff.

Inform staff and/or other program personnel of client and family/guardian concerns when appropriate.

Adherence to the organization’s code of ethics.
