What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform hardware and software evaluations of medical imaging systems to ensure compliance with market specifications
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues while providing remote or on-site support for new products
Assist in technical training related to product families, including installation and troubleshooting guidance
Collaborate with Product Management and OEMs to identify optimal components for medical imaging products
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, including U.S. FDA requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of technical support experience or equivalent education and work experience
Advanced knowledge of current IT and network technologies, as well as business productivity software
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Case Management tracking tools
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and virtualization technologies
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
