About Us:
As a Caker, you’ll craft and decorate exquisite cakes, pastries, and desserts that delight guests. Your passion for quality and artistry drives the production of beautifully crafted confections while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Confectionery or Food-related major recommended
Food Handler’s Certificate required
Knowledge of food production, microbiology, and safety practices
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cake & Dessert Production: Scale, decorate, and produce a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts with precision. Prepare creams and sauces, maintain cake displays, and stay knowledgeable of all recipes and production procedures to support consistent product excellence. Master and demonstrate proper confectionery techniques, ensuring product quality and presentation meet high standards.
Customer Focus: Strive to meet customer expectations by learning from feedback and delivering high-quality products.
Attention to Detail: Adhere to food safety, labeling, and sanitization protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, manage inventory, and ensure all food storage meets regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to ensure a smooth kitchen operation. Support a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect, embodying the company’s mission and values.
Time Management: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while learning new products and techniques. Organize workflow to meet production deadlines without compromising quality.
