The Role: Control Room Supervisor This is a role for a dynamic, quick‑thinking, team‑oriented person looking to advance to a leadership position in the PS LAX Operation. Stationed in the Control Room, the Control Room Supervisor will assist with operational challenges by providing real‑time feedback for the Control Room and all operational associates. The Supervisor will become proficient in the PS operation, working across all departments as an extension of management.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Supervise the Control Room (Associates and Admins) to ensure proper support for operations

Enforce standards of service and operational SOPs

Partner with MODs to create and close EAST reports

Responsible for training new Control Room associates

Partner with MODs to resolve employee relations issues

Requirements

Operates with precision as a Control Room Associate, and/or previous Supervisory experience required

Able to take direction well and apply feedback

Strong written and verbal aptitude to guide operational staff in a positive and effective manner

Currently holding a Customs, RAD, and Escort icon on SIDA badge

PS is a 24‑hour facility and as such we require fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts
