What You Will Do The Quality Clinic is a challenging, fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment. The Quality Clinic Supervisor will manage multiple issues at once, work well with others, and lead by influence.
Set day‑to‑day operational objectives for tech team members
Coordinate the Escape Management Process: population bounding, leading/coaching investigation teams to identify robust root causes, and following up on corrective action implementation
Facilitate and coach cross‑functional Problem Resolution Teams (PRTs) for escapes
Foster and maintain cooperative relationships with Quality Engineer, Procurement, Program Quality, Product Recall, Customer Support, DCMA, and leverage clinic‑to‑clinic interaction across PW enterprise
Manage Customer return process. Improve RCCA proficiency throughout assigned organization. Drive personal improvement in RCCA competency
Maintain Quality Clinic and/or individual certifications. Support the maintenance of all Clinic Metrics
Maintain CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) discipline and certification
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, quality or a closely related industrial environment
Familiarity with the 8D investigation process
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean concepts
Qualifications We Prefer
Degree in Engineering
Knowledge of CORE/Root Cause tools and proficiency in driving robust, systemic RCCA
Experience in a team lead/supervisory capacity
Project management and presentation experience
Results‑focused work ethic to resolve issues in a timely manner
Certification in Red‑X / Six Sigma / similar data‑driven problem‑solving approach preferred
Working proficiency in SAP preferred. Knowledge of non‑conforming material management processes

Salary range: $66,000 USD – $130,000 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Hired applicants may also be eligible for incentive compensation programs based on performance.
