Associate Technical Business Analyst- Hybrid in Warsaw

As an Associate Business Analyst you will be responsible for the design, testing, and maintenance of products and services for the retail network. This includes initial design/build, ongoing changes, bug fixes, and ensuring high‑quality solutions through rigorous testing and configuration management. The role involves validating requirements, determining intended retailer business data usage, and maintaining retail‑specific products. You will also be responsible for executing test cases, performing network analysis, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class solutions.
Your tasks will include:
Gathering and translatingbusiness requirements from external customers into internal canonical language
Designing, maintaining and testing retailer‑specific products by analyzing industry and EDI requirements.
Overseeing end‑to‑end solution delivery, including mapping design, testing, data center setups, connectivity, and regression testing.
Reviewing and refiningBA designs, ensuring adherence to best practices for high‑quality solutions.
Definingand configuringretailer‑specific setups and communication protocols.
Collaboratingcross‑functionally to align with internal strategic objectives.
Ensuringproduct consistency by considering each task holistically based on potential impact to multiple products and customers.
To be a good fit for the Associate Business Analyst role you will have:
Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and experience (ideally IT related studies)
Strong understanding of technology
Understanding data interchange systems.
Project management and client relationship experience.
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with agile development methodology.
Ability to balance multiple projects at a time with both speed and quality.
English language proficiency at upper‑intermediate level or higher
Nice to have:
Supply Chain Management experience.
Experience working with EDI.
Understanding of the concept of e‑commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI).
Experience in application programming, data mapping tools, or a combination of experience and education/training, preferably in a professional setting.
Experience with text editing and data mapping tools.Analytical and programming skills. Java preferred.
Experience with SQL for data validation and querying
