Heavy Equipment Operator Foreman , you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best.
Responsibilities
Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projects
Work in outdoor utility construction sites
Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment
Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, and other types of machinery
Manage all aspects of job-site construction
Qualifications
Safety is a part of your day-to-day
You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
You are looking for long-term projects
You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
You know the telecom construction industry
Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.

Compensation Compensation $30.00 to $50.00 per hour.
